Have you cjhecked online to see if your area is reporting an outage?
You can also check here: www.downdetector.com/comcast to see if anyone else in your area is also affected without calling into Comcast...
Personally, I use the MyAccount Smartphone APP.... it shows me if there is any outages in my area for the 3 services I subscribe to.
