I still have no dial tone.  Who can help?

None of the people I spoke with at Comcast or on line told me I had to reregister my phone line.  When I called the help line a woman in the Philipines got me the correct information.

Try removing power....wait.... then plug back in....wait for the modem to fully come oniline then try again....

Also try moving the phone line to the other TEL jack...

If these steps fail, you should call 1-800-comcast.
