no active phone number

no active phone number

when I attempt to access voice/text on my account I receive a message that there is no TN associated with my account. Which apparently means no active phone number.  I have called Comcast three times now. The first one escalated the issue and no one ever called me back as promised. The second said they'd have to talk to someone else. The third did try to help, even called me back but told me they discovered it was 'their' issue and that apparently there were tons of complaints about this and they were looking into an issue with their server. That was two days ago and it still isn't working. Does anyone else have this issue? or am I being scammed by Comcast once again?

When the regular customer service reps can't resolve a problem, send an email to the team at "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Include:

    Account number
    Full name
    Service address
    Best contact phone number and best time to call
    A description of the problem

One of their problem resolution specialists should contact you to follow up, usually by phone. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular reps.
