making/receiving calls - no one can hear me

I have just installed a new upgraded modem for faster cable - now my phone is having issues. I can make a call (dial no problem) but once connected the person I am calling can't hear me but I can hear them. I thought it was my phone - so I plugged in 2 other phones & both had the same issues. I have this problem when I am receiving calls as well. 


I have reset my modem twice - and I have unplugged my phones & made sure all phones are plugged in & charged. I don't understand what the problem is. I anticipated an issue with at least ONE of my Comcast services as when I get one issue fixed another pops up. I work from home & I NEED my phone to work properly.

Any reponses from Comcast? This is my phone problem too!

Comcast tech called,Verizon took over my phone number,did not know it or allowed it, have comcast take back your phone number my now works
