How can I permanently eliminate both Call Waiting and Voicemail?

You will need to call into Comcast and have these features turned OFF....only calling into COmcast can one be able to downgrade any services.

After a half dozen false starts with offshore-based Comcast people, I received a follow-up call from a wonderful person in Michigan.  She effected the required changes in five minutes!
