we have message from a robo call that keeps repeating itself and it wont let me delete it  how do i get rid of it

Press 77 while listening to the message.  See also additional VM settings below:

 

To Manage Your Voicemail While Playing Back Your Messages:

  • Press 7 to delete the message.
  • Press 77 to delete the message while it is playing.
  • Press 9 to save the message.
  • Press 91 to mark the message as unread.
  • Press 4 to replay the message.
  • Press 1 to rewind the message ten seconds back.
  • Press 11 to replay the message from the beginning.
  • Press 2 to pause (or play from pause).
  • Press 3 to forward the message ten seconds.
  • Press 33 to skip to the end of the message.
  • Press 5 to play the message information (date, time, recorded name, etc.).
  • Press # to skip the message and listen to the next message.
  • Press * to go back to the Main Menu.
