comcast digital voice

In my comcast digital voice. I am having trouble with the times that people call. The time is incorrect how do i fix this

No idea.  I don't have Comcast Digital Voice and never will.  I do know, however, that the purpose of this particular forum (or rather, the one it was in) is to gather comments and feedback on either an alpha or beta version (not sure which) of the proposed new help page.  That substantially reduces your chances of a resolution.  Instead, you should post questions about digital voice in the forum set up especially for that.  More moderators there, too, since they're pushing the product.  http://forums.comcast.net/comcastsupport/board?board.id=47

Hi Tammi,

I assume that you mean the time logs within the Digital Voice Center are not completely accurate. I checked your account and the DVC, and I can’t see any problems; so, I would suggest contacting Customer Service and asking the agent to escalate the problem with a repair ticket for the Digital Voice Center.
