On my last bill, I noticed I was charged $10.00 for a phone.  I do not have a phone thru your company.  Was wondering how that came about.  Please let me know what you find out.

That's possibly the rental fee for a gateway modem, even though you may not have phone service...They still charge the rental for a modem at $10 a month.
