cannot read my voicemail online

I have been getting a message that voicemail online is temporarily unavailable, and they are working on the problem for about a month now. Does anyone know what the problem is and are they really working on it?

This sounds like a "local" issue with your VM server....  Call into COmcast and register a trouble ticket and ask that it be escalated to Tier2 since this has been ongoing for over a month...
