caller id

why did I lose the caller id on one of my hard wired phones and not the other. How do I get it back? I've tried unplugging it.

The caller ID feature in our end is showing as active for your account. If the issue is mainly happening in a single hand sent there is a chance that the unit might be defective. Unplugging it and reconnecting is usually the best way to fix it, if this did not then you might want to try another phone to test it. -FC
