My modem is a arris tm722g/ct-8

your posting in the mobile app and mobile web thread so look for this to be moved to either called id or equipment.

 

Caller id is a function of your cable box.  You need a motorola or pace box with the most current software, if you don't have one of those boxes its not available to you.  If you do go to your box menu, under interactive tv and make sure you have it turned on.
