caller id app has a memory leak

caller id app has a memory leak

im on windows 7 x64 and the caller id app has a memory leak. it will eventually use up every last mb of available memory and then windows gives me the performance error below.

caller id using 1.5GB of memory


2 seconds later after i closed caller id


also not to mention it never stays connected and always disconnects with the 3 errors below. and no its not a problem with my computer or network its a comcast problem.

Connection Error: Service temporarily unavailable. [CIDPC 070]
Service unavailable.  When the service becomes available reconnection will automatically be attempted. [CIDPC 070]

I get this error all day long.  I'm running windows 7 32 bit OS.

Caller ID was working fine till they upgraded to this Xfinity version.  I agree it's a comcast problem.
