I have had Xfnity 3  for 3 weeks, my callerID has not worked untill today. I had contacted support 5 times about this and each time they did the same thing and assured me it would work in 2 to 8 hours, it didnot. 3 days ago i sent an email to the vise president of marketing today a tect named Hassan in Colaroda called and had it working in 5 mins. This guy should be the CEO, hes the only one that knows whats going on. THANK YOU HASSAN!!

All my callerId's coming in from Xfinity no longer carry the number, out of area, private, or Michigan, is there a setting at the switch that can let me see the numbers again?
