caller ID not working on phone

caller ID not working on phone

My xfinity connect was up dated and my caller id is not under notification, instead voice 2 go is. I was told to un install and re install, I did, but did not help. I will not use voice to go, can I disable?  Can I get old app back??  The caller id on my cell was excellent, coulsd see who was calling my house phone. Does any one know how to get it back??
