I’m sorry for your feature problems, but I can’t see anything on your account that would explain why your Call Forwarding feature is not working correctly. My best suggestion is to contact our customer support department for further troubleshooting. From my end here, all of your features should be working properly.
When I activate my call forwarding, it works great for local calls. However, incoming long distance calls receive a message saying that the number reached (mine) is no longer working.
If I set the call forwarding adding my area code, the long distance calls work fine but local receive the above message.
Why can't this thing be set to accept BOTH incoming local and long distance?
I've actually given up setting it and when away, just check my voice mail online. It's very annoying.
