Xfinity Voice

I cannot access my voicemail and this has been going on for at least five days!  It was working perfectly, and all of a sudden the voicemail website would not open.  Please correct this!!  The message indicator light on my land line continues to blink, alerting me in regards to voicemaill, but I cannot access my voicemail on the computer.

Call Logs are unavailable is more common than the actual call logs working.
