Why can't Comcast attach the MP3/WAV to the voicemail notification

While the iPhone app might work (for those with an iPhone) those of use with Blackberrys or other messaging devices are SOL.
i cant speak to this specific feature and any roadmap. however, we are working on releasing the comcast mobile app for the blackberry and windows mobile devices.
