Voicemail

I like having the call waiting feature on my home phone. With the new configuration, however, I am unable to remove the "beep" that indicates that I have a recorded message when I pick up my phone to make a call. I can retrieve the call on my home computer, but in the past I was able to delete the message after I listened to it (or read it) and that annoying beep was also removed...Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately I still have the same problem. In addition, I now have "New Voice Mail" light flashing on my phone with no corresponding message in my email. I have a Panasonic KX-TG6441. Here's the interesting part. As I flipped my phone base over to get the model #, I hit the "find phone" feature on my set, the phone rang, I hit the stop button and the "New Voice Mail" light went out. Go figure..
