Voicemail

My VM is not working. I can go into the system and change my message, etc., but messages are going into the answering machine in one of the phones. This happened after the last significant outage, but we have not changed anything in the set-up of our phones, etc.

 

Any suggestions?

So one of your phones is answering the call and recording the message there?

 

You may need to go into the settings of that phone/answering system and set the number of rings HIGHER than what you have selected for the Comcast Voicemail system.  You can review the Comcast settings here:  https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice
