Voicemail to readable email

Voicemail to readable email

Sooooooooooooo.  I have tried two different times to setup readable voice mail.  When I click on connect on the xfinity page, I am told that I need high speed internet, which I have.  I can't get any further than this.  Has anyone else cured this problem without contacting COMCAST/ Xfinity directly?

If the Xfinity Connect web site doesn't think you have HSI, then you will need to contact Comcast support, as it would be a code issue with your account.

 

There is no way to fix it on your own.

@smpnew, the issue you are experiencing could be due to incorrect provisioning of your account. May I know, if the issue still persists or it's fixed?

Thank you for your help.  I called customer care and eventually got a supervisor.  The first person had me close everything and do some wierd changes in internet options that then caused IE 9 to download, and I don't have full functionality there anymore.  He definitely did not listen when I read him back your email, and I went through a lot of unnecessary actions.  So, my warning is to be sure the customer care person who is addresing anything understnads the problem before proceeding.
