Voicemail problems

I cannot access my voicemail since Monday. At first, I was told I did not have phone service with Comcast when I was looking at a letter regarding my phone service.  Finally, a technician came to the office to tell me it was a problem with my wireless router which has nothing to do with my phones. I even bought new phones. I still don't have access to my voicemail. I don't think it has anything to do with my phones.  How do I get this resolved?

Same problem here and no help from carrier.  don't know why they don't monitor these problems and get proactive about fixing them????
