Voicemail, but NO message indicator

Voicemail, but NO message indicator

Well, I get a readable email that I've received a voicemail, but no indicators on my phones.  Anyone else with this?  All use to work fine.  I've reset modem, taken batteries out of 2 separate cordless systems, stil no worky..  Can't find anything on 'acct pages' to reset.  Any ideas of what to do? Can't be getting messages with no notifications (besides e-mail)
