I am having a problem with my voicemail indicator flashing and stutter tone, but when attempting to retrieve messages via *99 I am getting the message that there are no messages. How can I get this fixed? Thanks.
Most of the time, call your home and leaving a message. Then retrive your message and delete it. Most of the time the indicator will clear.
If it doesn't, then contact Comcast support, as they can clear it on the switch.
