Voice question


Voice question

so I was porting into comcast and well nightmear central from AT&T and its still not fully ready yet. So Right now my situation is that I gave porting my account number and pin to get a sucessful port and so then after some overrides at sales my internet stopped working and well I asked activations to reactivate and what do you know, my phone number is now on my EMTA. The problem is now I can only call out but not recieve calls through comcast and my AT&T service is still 100% working, The rep I talked to in phone support said he needs to esclate a ticket to complete the port and get my incoming calls working.



right now my online account does not show voice.


Has anyone else experienced this? am I going at it right?
