Voice-open line- Solved with provided instructions

      I would like to provide my feedback on a recent visit to comcast.com.  I found the Help pages easy to navigate, instructions were clear and complete with options readily available to bring about a positive conclusion to my voice service interruption.  Graphics were good and pages loaded somewhat fast.  I appreciate this Help material being as close as my monitor and I found the remedy based upon your directions. Time online to solve this issue approximately 10 min.
