Voice mail

I am now just receiving my voice mails left last week on my phone.  They are over a week old. Not sure why I did not receive when they were left.

Any suggestions?

Continue to monitor your gateway/modem to ensure it is online...if you find it not online, try resetting it first and if that fails, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about the delay issue.
