Voice mail does not record

Voice mail does not record

My voice mail will not record messages.  When I dial in to access it,  it only tells me that I have saved messages even though I have left myself messages. Also, when I record my greeting, I play it back, I accept it, but when I call my phone, I get a system greeting.  I have plugged and unplugged the phone, twice contacted support who say they are opening tickets but I never get any response.  This should be simple.  Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?

Re: Voice mail does not record

Hi joanrooney5 -- I check on the tickets that were created. Tickets are showing you were able to speak with someone a few days ago and get this resolved. Can you confirm that?
