Voice drop outs

All I can say is that I have NEVER been this unhappy with any service from any other company in my life.  I have bad drop outs in the voice lines.  So bad that I have to use Skype to get a quality call.  They did something about 8 weeks ago to attempt to fix, but no change.  Now when I finally have time to try to call and have them work on it, it takes FOUR calls to get to an agent.  I was hung up on twice by the auto attendent.  The guy who did something, maybe just reboot my modem, never called back as promised.  Now when I get the customer service survey, it hands up on me too on the first question.


Clearly Comcast doesn't want to know, or care how bad the service is.  I have 20 more months of suffering before my contract ends.  I am writing the Chicago Cable commission and the Illinois Attorney General to file formal complaints.
