Voice Service with Comcast

General question - does anyone at Comcast care if their customers are helped? I've been trying for 3 weeks to get my voice service set up correctly at Comcast and keep getting the runaround. I have talked to 5 people in the past 2 days who all give me different stories about why my ported number is not working at my new home. One of them actually had the gall to tell me that perhaps if i waited, the number would start working sometime in the next 30 days!!! They can't even check the status of a ticket number that I was already given.


why in the world did I let my husband persuade me to switch from Bellsouth voice to Comcast???
