Voice Mail

Voice Mail

Changed services on 1-19-2016 to internet and voice only. Still can't set up voice mail. Can't access voice mail preferences from account page (no option), or the voice icon in the left hand drop down menu. Shows error page.

 

Need this for business.

 

*99 message: The mailbox # you are trying to reach is not in service, goodbye.

 

Nothing on resolution ticket # CR552500952. Online chat no help.

Call back into Comcast to get your issue escalated as this forum does not have dedicated Comcast staff monitoring it.
