Voice Mail ring settings

Hello - Over the last several days our calls are going to Xfinity VoiceMail after only 2 rings - somewhat annoying.  My home phone answering system is set to 6 rings before going to Voice mail at home.  I checked Xfinity Voice site and don't see a way to change this setting.  Anyone have any suggesstions for troubleshooting or correcting this ?    thanks

Sign into Xfinity Connect (webmail) and go to the Preferences tab, Click on Voice and then go to Call Fowarding and Rings.  First item there is Ring Count.

When I click on the voice tab to manage the settings it says "page cannot be displayed".  I have chatted with agents about this and they cannot seem to find a solution to my problem!
