Unlimited Calling question

Unlimited Calling question

I just switched to Comcast, but I don't know what "unlimited calling" truly means.  I know I can make international, long distance, and local calls, but is it free LD or is there a charge?  How can I find the rates?  Is there somewhere I can check to see exactly what services I have in this feature?  Thank you.

If you have the unlimited package, you have FREE local and long distance to United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, America Samoa, Saipan, and N. Mariana Islands.
