Just signed up for Xfinity Unlimited Online Exclusive phone service. Your rep closed the chat session before I got my questions answered. Installation appt. scheduled for 4/13/12. Do I need to have a phone here for him to install or will technician be bringing me a phone?
You have to provide the phone.
It would be in your best intreset to have a phone on site. Some technicians are instructed to not do the install if you do not have a working phone at the install.
Now if you ordered a phone with the service you will not need a phone on site due to the fact that the installer will be bringing you one. Working for comcast for many years i would make sure you had a phone just in case
