Can anyone tell me why I can't use any of the voicemail anywhere features? The only way I can check voicemail is from my home phone. When I try to use the Xfinity Connect App or the Web is indicates "We cannot fine your voicemails. Please check back later. If you voice mail box is active but problem persists, please contact Customer Care through the help section in setting or call..." I have called and they have said someone from 2nd Level Tech Support needs to call me. I never get the call. Can someone tell me what needs to be done?
Comcast is not relieable and can not make changes without skrewing the customer. The new webpage has knocked out the voice mail section for a day now.
