Unable to access voicemail on-line

On-line chat with a very helpful representative.....unable to resolve issue....issue escalated CR272035783..I have not heard anything back and still unable to access my voicemail on-line.....have cleard cache...tried to load in another browser....made sure flash player updated etc;
