Unable to Foward call in DVC

Hi All

 

I am unable to foward calls in the DVC;  I am receiving an error in DVC that says 

 

Sorry, we are currently unable to complete your request. We apologize for this inconvenience. If this problem persists, please call Customer Service.   [Error DVC-356] 

 

Any ideas?
