Unable to Display Call Records SCC-0250

I have never been able to display call records in Smartzone and get the error code SCC-0250.  Is there a setting I should check to enable?  Thanks.

Hello tom_norris,

We've added your account to the call record database.  You should be able to access call logs normally now.  Please let us know.

thanks,

Can you do the same for me?  I have the same issue.  I tried to use email support and chat support, but all I get is "try tommorrow, it may be a maintenance issue."
