Two questions please

1. on the comcast website, I've read that you can't delete calls from any of the call lists - only voice mails. Any new word on this? Do you think this is by design - they just want to hold your info for whatever reason, or just stupid programming?

2.  I don't have a smart phone to run the text messaging app. Do they make regular home phones with text messaging capabilites and can someone recommend one?  Thanks.

Re: Two questions please

1. The call records (missed and answered) cannot be deleted.  They should go back 90 day and are your call records available to you.  The space they take up are not counted against you and are just a feature that is available.

2. You can text from your computer or a tablet.  I do not believe there are home phones with that feature.

Any comments on why there is only a 90-day history?
