Text messaging

Please help!!!!  For some reason my text messaging is gone.  The page comes up, but there is nothing on it.  I had several messages saved, but, alas, they are all gone............gone, I say!! I did speak with a rep, and we tried to see if I could access texting on IE (I use Firefox). Yes, I could....for one day! And then, it too was gone.....gone, I say!  It is really frustrating, you know?  I pay big bucks for all these fancy services, but if I cannot use them, they are worthless.  Readable voicemail seems to work..........I guess.  I don't really use it, but I did notice there was one voicemail, and it was just a hang-up.  SO!  Where is my text messaging?  How can I get it back???  PLEEEEEEZE!

Call back into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR first.  The CSR can then escalate this to Tier 2 support if they cannot fix the issue.,

Why doen't my text messaging work?  Nothing is showing up on that page. I am being charged for this service and is it too much to ask that it works??
