Tel1 White Light

Tel1 White Light

The Tel1 white light is NOT lit up on my modem. I contacted a representative and they did NOTHING to resolve this issue. FIX IT!!!

DO you have Comcast Digital Voice Services and is it working?  If yes, the TEL1 light may not be working and you will need to look into replacing/swapping out your device if you are in need of an indicator for TEL1.

 

If you have CDV and it is not working, you will need to call back into Comcast and speak with a CSR again.  After troubleshooting over the phone, the CSR may need to schedule a TECH onsite for further evaluation/repair.   Comcast is 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489.
