SCC-0250 error when accessing Smartzone phone logs

Hello,

 

I receive SCC-0250 errors everytime I attempt to access Smartzone's missed/answered/placed phone records. It's been like this since we've had the Comcast voice service.  Voicemail works fine.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will get the right people to fix it.
