Retrieving call logs and voicemail

Hello,

Today is 10/27/15. I need to know if it is possible to retrieve my call records from mid-September 2014, and also, if possible, if voicemails are retrievable from that same point in time. My voicemails go back as far as December 2014; I assume the ones before that automatically "fall off" the storage. Likewise, my email inbox doesn't have anything from that far back, and my call records end in June 2015.

Is there any other way to retrieve this information? I desperately need it for a legal matter.

You will need to call into Comcast and discuss the specifics of your request with them.   Number is 1-800-266-2278.

For the voicemails this will not be possible since once they are purged from the system we have no way of retrieving these. Your call logs should show up online. You can use the following link were it shows you how to do this. http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/phone/view-call-records 
If you have already done this and they do not show up, have you transfer or change users? In some cases logs from previus address do not follow to new one.   -FC
