Resolved - Caller ID For the PC Dropping Out

A few days ago I posted a message saying that on my Win XP PC, the Caller ID would on occasion, drop out about every ten minutes or so.


I called Comcast Tech support, and the guy I spoke with solved the problem.


He told me to download the latest version of Adobe Air.  Apparently that is the language that the Caller ID tool is written with, and it probably needs the latest version to work properly.


Then I de-installed and re-installed the Universal Caller ID program.


Since then, my Caller ID has stayed up constantly.


I hope this helps other people.
