Removal of all home phone features

Removal of all home phone features

I just signed up for your home phone and was promised I could remove ALL the features. After talking to 4 people from the Philippines, I decided I was getting no where and gave Gogle a try... which is why I'm here.

The last person I spoke to at Comcast said you cannot disable call waiting, forwarding, 3-way calling, OR voice mail. I see that several have had the same issue. What is the deal? If I can't disable these things PERMENANTLY, I'll have to cancel and go to AT&T.

I start my home job on Friday, please tell me I haven't wasted days getting my phone line up and running.

Hi kimhuff1701 -- Removing phone features is something we can do. I reviewed your account and looks like a different agent was able to help with this already and have any features you didn't want removed.
