Remote access to Voice mail from internet

Remote access to Voice mail from internet

I have triple play and my account verifies this capability.  However, I now do not have access to the VM's which my email says I have.  It says my phone number not authorized.  Email works correctly.  I am the administrator.  This happened to me last year and it was rectified quickly. Help?
