A couple of weeks ago, I stopped receiving readable voicemail. No email notification or .wav file either. Comcast seems unable to fix. Senior technicians don't fix. Does anyone have the email of the head of customer service so I can write him directly? Thanks.
You can try this but I am not satisfied with we can help at all. I got more of a run around and got passed from one rep to another rep all what they can say is we can send a tech out when a tech is not needed to come out. They have not follow up or read any of my previous notes or anything. It is always we are sorry for your inconvience but nothing is being done.

I have had the same issue for months. The problem is still not resolved. I have had other issues. Comcast support is the worst. I have been a Comcast customer for over 30 years.
