Readable Voicemail Setup Loop

I am logged into my account.  I am trying to get set up with readable voicemail, but when I click the link under preferences on the xfinity site (per the directions), I am told I must get set up with a security ID.  I have one for the site, but it did not give me an alternative to enter that, so I clicked the link that said to click to obtain one.  It sends me to the main customer.comcast.com site and I do not see anyting about getting a security ID, much less a security ID uniquely for setting up readable voicemail.  Can someone tell me what the problem is and what I need to do to fix this?  Thank you.

As a follow-up - I do see the place on the right-hand side fo the page for changing security or voicemail ID, but I don't need to change it.  I don't understand why clicking on readable voicemail in preferences doesn't get me there.
