This is the third time this week our phone has been out I reset the modem 5 or 6 times nothing after about 8 hrs It comes on. Tried emailing this is my response I get what a joke.

I understand you are still experiencing connection issue with your phone
service even after performing the suggested workaround given by the
previous analyst. I know the importance of having a reliable phone
connection and be able to use the service competently as this is one of
the most pertinent means of communication. I am willing to help you out
by providing walkthroughs on how we can further diagnose and
troubleshoot your phone service concern. Rest assured that your issue
with your Comcast phone service will be taken care of.

Offering our customers the most effective possible support is our
priority, Tom. After reviewing your email and your account, I see that
your phone service issue has not been resolved. At this time I believe
it is necessary to send a technician to your home.

I would be more than happy to book your service call; however, we are
unable to schedule technician visits or service appointment from our
end. This can only be done through live interaction with one of our
representatives. Available schedule windows can only be verified upon
setting up the appointment. We need to know your preferred schedule
based on the available technician appointments in our system.

In addition, any account changes and service call requests need more
account information. Asking for this account information is for your own
protection and guards against someone changing your account information
without your permission. This also helps our agents process your request
quicker. Please remember that you must be the primary account holder to
make any changes.
