Don' feel bad.  My service has been completely unavailable online (cannot retrieve voicemail via computer at all, since September 1st 2010 move in date.  Our online account shows we do not have voice, and gives us the number call if we wish to order it.  The firs 3 months a our current residence I spent plentiful amounts of time on the phone with techs.  One tech even escalated the problem to a tier 2 or tier 3 team.  
They turned around and closed the call because they could see nothing wrong.

 

So don't give up hope, you probably will not ever get the phone service ou want.  You may get considerably less.  I know we are dropping cable and phone very soon and simply going wih interne.  I have no real problems wih cable excep we just don't watch it, and since I've not been able to access voicemail I pretty much dont use that eiher.

 

So much for my bundle

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will contact the local people to get your issues fixed.
