Re: calls cut out for a few seconds

Re: calls cut out for a few seconds

I've been having a problem of the phone conversation being interrupted resulting in the person at the other end of the call not being able to hear me although I can hear them.  I've replaced both phones, as well as having checked the inside lines.  This started weeks ago and  seems to be happening more frequently as time passes.  My television and internet service seem to be OK.  It sounds similar to what others are reporting on this message board so I'm wondering if it is even worth reporting directly to customer service; it seems that sending technicians out isn't helping.  I agree that I may need to change my service back to my previous carrier if this continues.  My wife has her phone line with AT&T and is happy with their service...
